Holding Space is an in-person support group for women and femme-identifying folx seeking a place to process, connect, and find steadiness together.
This isn’t a space for debate, venting without reflection, or planned activism—this is a space to breathe, process, and support one another.

Sober Curious Support Group for Women and Femme Identifying
Let’s explore what mindful drinking—or not drinking at all—could look like for you. Whether you’re cutting back, taking a break, or questioning your relationship with alcohol, this group offers a supportive space to reflect, connect, and get curious. No judgment, no pressure—just real conversations about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

February: Sober-Curious
Together, we’ll reflect on how removing alcohol can create space for clarity, intentionality, and meaningful growth—in relationship to self and every other area of life. This month’s group provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment to examine how alcohol influences your daily choices and discover new ways to show up as your true, authentic self.
Here, you’ll find a space to express yourself freely, connect with like-minded women (femme-identifying), and explore tools to navigate life with mindfulness and presence.
Whether you’re cutting back, going alcohol-free, or simply questioning your habits, this group is your chance to reflect, grow, and get curious about what’s possible.
