In my practice, I use ketamine as a sacred medicine. When it’s used with intention and care, it can be a catalyst for spiritual growth and emotional liberation.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) may benefit individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression, substance use, anxiety, PTSD, or those who feel stuck in their healing process despite traditional therapies. It’s particularly useful for those seeking a deeper, transformative experience to address underlying emotional wounds or trauma. KAP offers a unique, medically supported approach to accessing subconscious thoughts and feelings, allowing individuals to explore and process their emotions in a safe space, potentially leading to profound insights and breakthroughs.
-
Everyone experiences ketamine differently; some might feel a sense of calm and introspection, while others might encounter vivid imagery or deep emotional release. The medicine can help you access deeper layers of your mind. During the session, you might feel more relaxed and open, allowing you to explore thoughts and emotions from a new perspective. The experience is often described as transformative, with many clients gaining new insights and a sense of clarity that supports their healing journey. The journey is unique to each individual, and I will be there to support whatever arises, ensuring that you feel safe and grounded throughout the process.

It is recommended to participate in 6 sessions, but the amount of sessions will vary depending on your goals.
