Additional Information

  • My standard fee is $125 for 50 minutes.

I offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions.

Longer sessions will be charged at a prorated fee. If you are late to session, your time may be shortened, but you will still be charged for the entire time scheduled.

***Please ask me about a sliding scale option if you think we'd be a good fit, but can't afford the standard fee.***

  • KAP sessions are only offered in-person.

Preparatory sessions and integration sessions are $125 for 50 minutes.

KAP sessions are $375. They’re booked for 3 hours and include intention setting, grounding, a journey with the medicine, and processing.

  • I do not accept insurance, however, upon request I can provide a superbill that may be reimbursable by some insurance plans.

Some insurance plans will reimburse out-of-network (OON) therapy services. I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking the following questions to determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health (psychotherapy) benefits?

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network mental health services?

    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

    • If I have out-of-network mental health benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion (and how much)?

    • Does my out-of-network plan limit my therapy sessions per calendar year?  If so, how many sessions are allowed?

  • I accept cash, check or debit/credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards for payment due at the time of service.

A credit card will be kept on file for your convenience of payment and will be charged unless otherwise specified.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
